Job Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and execute casino gaming packages and programs based on management directive.
  • Consolidate & manage casino gaming packages, programs and promotions across all regions to drive incremental revenue & frequency of visit by members.
  • To provide administrative support to onboard team members.
  • Monitor, review & report the performance of packages and programs, and propose necessary modifications where applicable.
  • Analyze customer profiles and identify customer segments for targeted programs.
  • Constant communication with the internal stakeholders to gather feedback & requirements, & to extend necessary support including trainings.
  • Gather information & provide regular reporting of competitors’ activities & marketing programs.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support fleet ship team’s operation, such as but not limited to: Purchasing Request, manning arrangement, etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties related to the job functions required by the management.

Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in the relevant industry with Casino Marketing, Club Marketing or equivalent
  • Good leadership and team player
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Be able to facilitate teamwork and develop team members’ careers and abilities through mentorship
  • Be able to work-off hours as required by the needs of the business
  • Able to travel to both domestic and international locations whenever is needed

Manager - Yield Management

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor cabin inventory and pricing for each market segment with maximizing yield.
  • Coordinate and work closely with various teams on cabin revenue / inventory management to optimize the Yield.
  • Review and recommend onboard product to increase rate of occupancy and/or maximize the average revenue per available cabin
  • Monitor and analyze booking performance and allotment inventory status.
  • Handle and manage systems that related to Yield Management to maximize effectiveness of booking process.
  • Work on booking promotions based on given costing to increase booking rate.
  • Work on products' pricing base on different market segments.
  • Cruising or Travelling is required
  • Supervise and coordinate with team members on daily tasks.

Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree holder in either Mathematics, Statistics, Administration, Management Studies or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in analysis or business management development.
  • Experience in Yield Management or gaming industry will be an advantage.
  • Yield Management Strategy, Managerial, Communication and Analytical skills required.
  • Able to work independently

Job Responsibilities
  • Assisting in reporting processes of data from DRS and EXCEL files received from the vessel.
  • Providing support in preparing, analysing, and summarizing operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts.
  • Interpret data using Excel analytics and statistical techniques.
  • Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects (including pulling, manipulating, and exporting data)

Requirements

Job Description
  • Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, network devices, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners.
  • Perform daily system / network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Administrate and Maintain Infrastructure Systems and Business applications in Data Centre by monitoring and correcting both hardware and software defects in order to provide optimum, highest uptime and continual usage for Business operations. Perform regular backups and executing recovery.
  • Provides 2ND Level of Technical assistance in supporting and assisting users’ daily automated processes and tasks in relation to all business applications and prescribed software within offices.
  • Provide assistance to ships and overseas office in administrating and maintaining Infrastructure Systems in respective Data Centre / Computer Room.
  • Recognizes and takes action when escalation and de-escalation is required for critical and urgent cases and follow designated procedures.
  • A member and involves in appointed / undertaking project(s).
  • Provide Weekly/Monthly status report on work progress
  • To carry out safety and security duties from time to time and be assigned as member of the Crisis Management Team, as and when needed
  • Any other ad-hoc function required by the management.

Requirement
  • Diploma Advanced / Higher, or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with 3-4 years work experiences in similar capacity.
  • Experience in the area of System Administration – Linux and Windows environment.
  • Excellent understanding of the technical fundamentals on both Network and Voice Infrastructure in context of clients ends usage
  • Substantial experience in monitoring and control of IT Systems in an Operations environment.
  • Ability to administer network edge devices such as switches, routers and access points.

  • LAN, WLAN and WAN, Network/System Security installation, configuration, monitoring and control
