1. BOOKING
All bookings of cruises with Resorts World Cruises Pte. Ltd. are subject to these Booking Terms and Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”), the Supplemental Terms & Conditions, the Passage Contract, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. By making a booking, the Guest agrees that these Terms and Conditions, the Supplemental Terms & Conditions, the Passage Contract, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy constitute a legal contract binding the Guest.
All fares are displayed in Singapore Dollars (S$) or US Dollars (US$), depending on the country of booking. All Guests are required to make full payment for all bookings prior to the date of sailing.
In these Terms and Conditions, all capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Passage Contract, unless the context requires otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, “Carrier” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Passage Contract, which will include Resorts World Cruises, its direct and indirect holding companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, designees, assigns or successors, the named Vessel, any substituted vessel, and it’s or their owners, operators, employees, agents, charterers, tenders, launches and related facilities.
2. VISA/PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS AND PASSAGE RESTRICTIONS
All passports must have at least 6 months validity till the end of the cruise date. Guests are responsible to ensure that all travel documents including visas, and inoculation documents are in order prior to departure from their home country. Visa and immigration regulations vary depending on the travel destinations and the nationalities of the Guests. Guests are advised to consult their local agents and/or diplomatic representations on the immigration formalities for their proposed itineraries. All Guests are responsible for making all arrangements required for their visa applications. No refund will be made to Guests who are denied embarkation for non‐compliance with immigration requirements or with these Terms and Conditions.
3. AMENDMENT
3.1 3.1 Subject to clause, an administration fee of S$30 or US$20 (depending on your selected currency during booking) will be charged for any of the following amendments requested by a Guest to a booking after the cruise ticket is issued (the “Amendment Policy”):

3.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the following changes requested by a Guest are
deemed to be cancellations and the Cruise Cancellation Policy will be applicable:
‐ changes to the names of all Guests booked for one cabin (including the scenario
where there is only oneGuest booked for a cabin);
‐ changesto the sailing date;
‐ downgrading of cabin category; and
‐ a request for any amendment received by Resorts World Cruises 4 calendar days or less
priorto the departure date.
Any request for amendment must be made by the Guest (if the Guest made the booking directly with Resorts World Cruises) or the Travel Agent (if the Guest made the booking through a Travel Agent) to Resorts World Cruises by phone or email or at the contact details provided on www.rwcruises.com, and shall be effective only upon receipt of payment of the administration fee by Resorts World Cruises’ reservation office.
4. CRUISE CANCELLATION
4.1. The Cruise Cancellation Policy applies only to the Guest’s requested changes to the cruises that are deemed to be a form of cancellation. Cancellation charges will be payable by the Guest according to the table below which may be updated by Resorts World Cruises from time to time.

4.2 If you made a booking via a Travel Agent, please consult your Travel Agent for cancellation policies or applicable chargesfor cancellation of additional servicesthey may provide on their own.
4.3 The Guest must make a request for cancellation to Resorts World Cruises by phone or email and the cancellation shall be effective only upon confirmation by Resorts World Cruises. The date of cancellation shall be the date on which the Guest makes the request for cancellation, subject to confirmation by Resorts World Cruises.
4.4 In the event of the cancellation of a cruise booking by a Guest, the amounts paid for such Guest, less the cancellation charges and other amounts owed, will be refunded. All appropriate refunds will be made directly to the Guest’s credit card account or through the Guest’s Travel Agent if the booking is made through a Travel Agent. Resorts World Cruises is not responsible for the receipt by the Guest from his Travel Agent of any monies refunded.
4.5 Notwithstanding the above, a cancellation fee of 100% of full cabin fare per Guest will be imposed for non‐refundable promotion fares and sailings classified as “peak sailings”.
5. SINGLE TRAVELER
Single traveler supplement charges are chargeable for a solo Guest booking a single cabin. Single traveler supplement charges are charged at 200% of the Twin‐Sharing cabin fare, unless otherwise stated or notified by Resorts World Cruises to the Guest.
6. ADDING OF CABIN
Any request to add a cabin to a cruise booking is subject to availability and will be charged at prevailing rates.
7.ADDITIONAL PASSENGERS
Any request to add a Guest to a cruise booking is subject to availability and will be charged at prevailing rates.
8.INFANT & MINORPOLICY
All Guests must be more than 6 months old on the day of sailing in order to sail. Infants (below 2 years old) must be accompanied by at least 2 Guests each of at least 18 years of age and will be charged at a rate for infants. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied in the same or connecting cabin by a Guest of at least 18 years of age.9.PREGNANCY POLICY
Resorts World Cruises will not accept Guests who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy at the commencement of, or at any time during their cruise vacation. All expectant Guests are required to present a physician’s statement verifying her gestational status in accordance with the Passage Contract and certifying her fitness to travel (even if the Guest is less than 24 weeks pregnant upon disembarkation) to the check‐in staff prior to embarkation.
10. RIGHT TO REJECT
10.1 Resorts World Cruises reserves the right to refuse embarkation to any Guest whose medical condition is not made known during reservation of the cruise or prior to sailing, or who may be suffering from a contagious or infectious disease (including without limitation, COVID‐19), ill health or whose presence in the opinion of Resorts World Cruises may be detrimental to the safety of other Guests, or who may be excluded from landing at destination by the governmental or regulatory authorities of such destinations. In any of such circumstances, Resorts World Cruises shall not be obliged to refund any portion of the fare whatsoever.

11. LIABILITY AND LIMITATION
A tour package may involve services provided by independent contractors including but not limited to transportation/accommodation companies, entertainment or meal suppliers, and other service providers. Guests should note that the provision of such services by the independent contractors are managed by these service providers and governed by separate terms and conditions of services. The Carrier and its associated agents and their representatives are not responsible and expressly disclaim any liability for any injury, illness, damage, loss, delay, accident, irregularity or inconvenience that may be caused to any person or property, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of an act or omission of the owner or operator or representative of such services involved, with the exception of those arising out of the gross negligence of Resorts World Cruises and its associated agents. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, the Carrier disclaims any liability in contract or in tort or any cause of action whatsoever for any injury, illness, damage, loss, delay, accident, irregularity, additional expenses or inconvenience suffered by any person, save for such losses caused directly by the gross negligence of Resorts World Cruises. The Carrier does not accept any liability caused directly or indirectly by a Force Majeure Event as indicated in the Passage Contract. The Carrier does not accept any representations made by overseas agents, tour managers, guides or employees and none of such overseas agents, tour managers, guides or employees are authorised to bind or commit the Carrier to any liability whatsoever and the Carrier will not be bound by any statement or representation, unless such statements are issued in writing and signed by a duly authorized senior management executive of Resorts World Cruises. Transportation companies or firms operating for Resorts World Cruises shall be exempted from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, danger, sickness or injury, by whosoever caused and of whatever kind occurring of or to any Guest at any time when such Guest is not on board a carrier or conveyance used or operated by the transportation companies.
12. RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUBSTITUTE
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws, Resorts World Cruises reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call / itinerary / price / programme or to impose a supplement for fuel surcharges or other times, at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
13. RIGHT TO VARY
Resorts World Cruises reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion from time to time without prior notice.
14. INSURANCE
Every Guest should have fully comprehensive travel insurance valid for the duration of the cruise, which should cover medical care, quarantine and repatriation in the event that the Guest contracts COVID‐19.
15. HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
You, the Guest, acknowledge and agree that by making a booking of a cruise with Resorts World Cruises, on behalf of yourself and/or other persons for whom you are acting, you warrant and represent that you and the persons for whom you are acting for are fit to travel and the undertaking of this cruise, and all of its activities, will not endanger yourself, the persons for whom you act for and any other persons. You acknowledge and agree that you understand the risks related to exposure to pathogens and their resulting illnesses while cruising with us, including those relating to guests who are at a higher risk of severe illness. It is a condition of boarding and remaining on‐board any of our ships that all guests comply with our guest health safety and conduct policy, and all health and safety policies as may be notified to you by us from time to time, whether on our website or on board any of the ships.
16.GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of Singapore and the Guest irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts in relation to all claims by the Guest against the Carrier, whether under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Resorts World Cruises is committed to safeguarding the health and safety of our Guests (as defined in our Passage Contract available at https://rwcruises.com/passage‐contract) and crew (collectively, “you”). To reduce the risk of exposure to COVID‐19 and other infectious diseases on board our ships, Resorts World Cruises has implemented these health and safety management supplementary terms and conditions (“Supplementary Terms and Conditions”).
By booking or reserving a cruise trip with Resorts World Cruises, it is deemed that the Guest has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Supplementary Terms and Conditions, all safe management measures and enhanced precautionary measures, as may be implemented by Resorts World Cruises from time to time to protect the health and safety of the Guests and the crew.
These Supplementary Terms and Conditions are valid from the date of publication, subject to change by Resorts World Cruises without notice to the Guests and will remain in full force and effect until further notice.
These Supplementary Terms and Conditions should be read together with the Passage Contract, the Booking Terms & Conditions, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy available on Resorts World Cruises’ website at www.rwcruises.com
1. INTRODUCTION
Resorts World Cruises treats your health and safety with utmost priority. In light of the COVID‐19 pandemic, additional steps are taken to provide a safe cruise environment. The enhanced precautionary measures, policies and procedures are consistent with current government, regulatory and public health advisories and guidelines, which will continue to evolve from time to time. Resorts World Cruises will continue to update the enhanced precautionary measures, policies and procedures in relation to the COVID‐19 pandemic and other infectious diseases, as may be applicable from time to time.
Kindly be advised that any additional policies, procedures and safety precautionary measures, which may apply to the cruise, are based on national requirements. Breach of these Supplementary Terms and Conditions may be considered a breach of the Passage Contract with Resorts World Cruises and may result in the Guest being denied boarding and/or required to disembark from the ship without any refund of the fare.
2. GOVERNMENT’S TRAVEL ADVISORY
Cruise bookings are available to both Singapore residents and international travellers. International travellers entering Singapore will have to fulfil the mandatory Border & Health Control Measures (where applicable) implemented by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) (please refer to https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/) to be eligible to board the cruise. Prior to cruise travel, it is also highly recommended that the Guests check the Singapore Ministry of Health’s website at https://www.moh.gov.sg/covid‐19 as well as the national health authorities of any countries in the itinerary, for the latest travel advisory and information.
3. FITNESS TO TRAVEL
Before the Guest books a cruise with Resorts World Cruises, the Guest must ensure that he/she is fit to travel and that he/she will not endanger himself/herself or others during the cruise. It is mandatory for the Guest to disclose to Resorts World Cruises any pre‐existing medical condition (whether or not diagnosed by a doctor) suffered by him/her or the person(s) for whom the Guest is acting, which the Guest is aware of, including whether the Guest had contracted or suffered symptoms of any infectious disease (including but not limited to norovirus, salmonella, measles, monkey‐pox and/or COVID‐ 19) prior to travelling with Resorts World Cruises.
The Guest, by making a booking or a reservation of a cruise with Resorts World Cruises, on behalf of himself/herself and/or other persons for whom the Guest is acting, warrant and represent that the Guest and the person(s) for whom the Guest is acting, are fit to travel and the undertaking of the cruise and all of its activities, will not endanger the Guest, the person(s) for whom the Guest is acting, and any other persons. The Guest acknowledges and agrees that he/she understands the risks related to exposure to pathogens and their resulting illnesses while cruising with Resorts World Cruises, including those relating to guests who are at a higher risk of severe illness.
COVID‐19 Vaccination
We require all Guests (other than children aged 12 years and below) to be fully vaccinated for COVID‐19. Vaccinated Guests must have received the appropriate regimen of World Health Organisation Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) COVID‐19 vaccines including their respective duration post‐vaccination for the vaccine to be fully effective and boosters for eligible individuals and had their vaccination records ingested in the National Immunisation Registry (NIR) for Singapore residents.
Travellers who are recognised as having taken the full regimen of WHO EUL vaccines outside of Singapore will be reflected as fully vaccinated for 30 days upon their first arrival. If their stay in Singapore exceeds 30 days, they will need to have their vaccination records ingested into Singapore’s NIR and may be required to receive additional doses to continue to meet Singapore’s requirements for vaccination. All Guests will need to show proof of COVID‐19 vaccination before they are allowed to proceed for check‐in.
Guests that are unfit for vaccination or those whom have recovered from COVID‐19 without completing the full vaccination regime including those with a medical certificate will not be eligible to cruise on Genting Dream.
Resorts World Cruises reserves the right to request additional information relating to a Guest’s medical history, and/or evidence that the Guest is fit to travel before or after Resorts World Cruises can accept and confirm the booking. Failure to provide such information, which Resorts World Cruises reasonably requests, may result in denial of boarding, and it will be deemed as a cruise booking cancellation by the Guest. As a precautionary measure, Resorts World Cruises reserves the right to refuse passage and/or cancel any reservation made by any Guest at any time for public health risk reason without any liability whatsoever.
4. BEFORE PORT ARRIVAL
4.1 MANDATORY ONLINE CRUISE CHECK-IN
Guests must visit https://www.rwcruises.com under Manage My Cruise section for mandatory Online Check‐In. Online Check‐In for the cruise will be available 72 hours prior to sailing and closes 24 hours before sailing.
Guests must ensure correct contact details are inserted during Online Check‐In as per the Singapore government’s requirements.
5. PRE-BOARDING
5.1 Cruise Boarding Denial
The Guest will be denied boarding if the Guest:

As a precautionary measure, Resorts World Cruises reserves the right to refuse passage and/or cancel any reservation made by any Guest at any time for public health risk reason without any liability whatsoever. If the Guest is unable to cruise with Resorts World Cruises for any of the above reasons, Resorts World Cruises will extend the Future Cruise Credit for the Guest’s future cruise enjoyment (except if the Guest is partially vaccinated or unvaccinated, or failed to provide proof of vaccination).
6. DURING THE CRUISE
Resorts World Cruises is committed to safeguarding the health and safety of our Guests and crew during the cruise with enhanced safety precautionary measures.
While Resorts World Cruises will maintain the ship cleanliness and conduct disinfection regularly in accordance with our hygiene sanitation protocols, Guests are highly recommended to bring along sufficient facemasks and hand sanitizers (if required) for their own use onboard and to adhere to the following simple rules for a safe cruise voyage with Resorts World Cruises:
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that for the purposes of providing a safe cruise experience, photographs, videos, and other relevant personal data may be recorded while onboard, during embarkation, and during disembarkation. Upon request, such personal data collected, which includes without limitation, CCTV footages, physical or digital logs, interviews with crews and Guests, etc., may be submitted to the relevant authorities for the purposes set out in section 8 “Supplement to Resorts World Cruises Privacy Policy” below.
1 The COVID‐19 symptoms include, but are not limited to, high temperature or fever, a continuous cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, a loss or change to sense of taste or smell, muscle aches, headaches and fatigue. COVID‐19 can have severe health consequences or be fatal in some cases. It is particularly dangerous for those who have certain underlying and/or pre‐ existing health conditions.
7. ONBOARD FACILITIES & SERVICES
The onboard facilities and services will operate in accordance with the safe management measures approved by the Singapore authorities. Resorts World Cruises seeks the Guests’ understanding and compliance with the measures. The relevant authorities may take enforcement actions against Guests found to have breached any of the safe management measures.
8. SUPPLEMENT TO RESORTS WORLD CRUISES PRIVACY POLICY
The following section is a supplement to Resorts World Cruises’ Privacy Policy and should be read together with the Privacy Policy carefully. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time, at www.rwcruises.com
At Resorts World Cruises, your privacy matters. By continuing to use our services, you consent to Resorts World Cruises: ‐
(a) collecting, using, sharing with and/or receiving from third party medical service providers any health information and/or samples you provided for the purpose of assessing your fitness to travel at any time during the cruise booking process, at port prior to cruise embarkation, during your cruise and at port upon cruise disembarkation; and
(b) collecting your personal data during cruise booking, embarkation, onboard and/or during disembarkation and using and/or disclosing such personal data and other personal data collected from the relevant government, health and/or port authorities for the following purposes: ‐
(i) to assess whether you are fit to travel at time during the cruise;
(ii) for the monitoring of adherence to safe management measures;
(iii) for contact tracing purposes; and/or
(iv) to carry out any necessary medical and administrative interventions for health and safety reasons.
Such personal data may include (but are not limited to) your personal identifiers, financial information and your customer account‐related information collected from your cruise booking, your health or medical or travel information obtained from your completed Health & Travel Declaration Form or other relevant form(s) during pre‐ boarding screening, your health test samples provided to us and/or our third party medical service providers, your location, movement and close contacts information from interviews with crew and/or other Guests, photographs, videos and other data recorded by our personnel and/or security and technology systems for e.g. CCTV footages, physical and digital logs.
To ensure the health and safety of our Guests and crew and in line with the recommendations by the authorities, your consent to the collection of your personal data in the manner set out above is a pre‐requisite to you being allowed on board the ship. In other words, your presence on board the cruise is conditional upon your continued consent to the collection of your personal data in the manner set out above. Any Guest or member of the crew who does not provide or who withdraws his or her consent to the collection of his or her personal data in the manner set out above, may be denied boarding or may be required to disembark from the ship without any compensation.
9. COVID‐19 SYMPTOMS REPORTING OBLIGATION
Resorts World Cruises would like to reiterate that the safety of its Guests and crew remains its highest priority and as such, stringent measures have been implemented based on the Singapore authorities’ requirements. Any onboard medical charges for a Guest’s symptoms related to COVID‐19, including COVID‐19 testing on the ship will not be charged to the Guest.
In the event that a positive COVID‐19 case is made known to Resorts World Cruises on board, the reported Guest and his/her close travelling companion(s) will be immediately isolated at the isolation ward for further examination and onboard testing. Contact tracing will immediately be activated on board.
Further management of the cases will be handled in accordance with the protocol approved by the Singapore Ministry of Health.
10. CRUISE DISEBARKATION
Disembarkation, customs clearance, immigration and health screening checks will be carried out in strict compliance with local port regulations and any other relevant authorities’ requirements. Resorts World Cruises anticipates that disembarkation will take place at scheduled times and in notified groups. No special requests for early or delayed disembarkation can be accommodated due to the current health and safety processes in place.
This may cause some delay in your homeward or onward journey, and while Resorts World Cruises regrets any inconvenience that may be caused, Resorts World Cruises does not assume any liability for such resulting delay caused by our compliance with health and safety procedures and/or local regulations applicable from time‐to‐time. We seek your understanding in this.
These Supplementary Terms and Conditions are drawn up in the English language. These Supplementary Terms and Conditions may be translated into any other language than English provided always that the English language text shall in any event prevail.
